Breez™ Bioreactor System (for cell therapy)
The Breez™ bioreactor is the only mL-scale platform that offers fully automated, continuous True Perfusion™ cultures. Sterile, single-use 2mL microbioreactor cassettes with built-in sensor technology and fully integrated fluidics enable the control of critical parameters like temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, optical density and reduces contamination risk. Bubble and foam free gas transfer in the Erbi Breez™ is accomplished by gas diffusion through a silicone mixing membrane, with barely any shear stress on your precious cells.
With the system which consists of 4 parallel but individual microbioreactors you will be able to perform up to 50x more process development runs from the same limited donor sources. At the same time you are capable of performing complex, multi-step cell therapy process workflows like transduction, washing and more in a fully automated way.
