Automatic sampling system with integrated fraction collector for bioprocesses
Acquire™ is an automated fermenter sampling system with direct fraction collection. The compact system can draw samples from up to 8 bioreactors sequentially and feed them to an integrated collection station with sample vessels, which are stored there at a temperature of almost 0°C. The tubes or WellPlates can be removed at any time.

Flownamics Acquire™ | Automatic sampling system with integrated fraction collector
Acquire™ is a fluid management system designed to take samples from up to 8 bioreactors, fermentation vessels or fluid reservoirs and deliver them to an on-board fraction collector. This automated sampling device is ideal for applications that only require fraction collection. To ensure sample quality, the Acquire™ comes with integrated sample cooling options that are based on Peltier+ or liquid chiller plate. Acquire™ works with the segmented online sampling method over a maximum distance of up to 7 meters.
The cleaning of the flow path takes place automatically. The whole instrument has a small footprint, low weight and capital budget friendly. The system is controlled via FlowWeb™ software, which is web based. It can be accessed from any PC with a web browser and an assigned IP address. The whole process can be monitored from remote via the Flownamics web interface or OPC communication. There are two Acquire™ variants: a 4-series and the 8-series model, which has a corresponding number of reactor connections. Acquire™ can not forward to analysis systems; the SegFlow S3 and SegFlow 4800 models are recommended for this purpose.
