3M™ Clean-Trace™ Positive Control for Surfaces ATP10
With this unique product, the user can easily ensure that all components used in tests are functioning properly and that the operator is using the correct method. Each ATP10 tube contains 3.0 ng or 5 x10-12 mol ATP and 1 mg protein (bovine serum albumin). Using a moistened swab, take a swab from the ATP/protein pallet and the inside of the tube with 3M™ Clean-Trace™ Surface Positive Control. The devices for Clean-Trace surface tests are then activated and measured according to the device-specific instructions.
The measured signal should be above the specified limit, indicating that both the reagents (in the case of ATP testing) and the instruments are functioning properly. To be used in combination with the 3M™ Clean-Trace™ Surface ATP, 3M™ Clean-Trace™ Surface Protein Plus, 3M™ Clean-Trace™ Surface Protein-High Sensitivity, 3M™ Clean-Trace™ Surface Protein (allergen) tests to quickly verify that reagents and instruments (if required) are functioning satisfactorily and are properly stored and used.
