QuantaSep® 1000 LX Chromatography System
Two chromatography systems in one
QuantaSep®1000 LX is a chromatography system, which combines 2 systems in one instrument. A QuantaSep 100 with 100 ml/min max. flow is combined with a QuantaSep 1000 with up to 1.000 ml/min. The system is suitable for R&D work as well for pilot plant applications. The system is easy to use, generates automated cGMP reports and is 21CFR pt.11 compliant.

QuantaSep® 1000 LX – Chromatography System
QuantaSep 1000LX covers a broad range of application in the R&D and pilot processing area. The system covers with 2 channels with 2 pumps each the flow rate range up to 100 ml/min. The pumps are connected to 6 buffer inlets each. Each channel provides connection to up to 3 columns, a by-pass, pressure-, bubble sensor, UV detector, conductivity- and pH-sensor. The 100 ml system provides also the option to inject a sample via a loop similar to an HPLC system. The 100 ml system has a dead volume of 7 ml only.
The system is controlled by the easy to use QuantaSep software. The software generates automatically cGMP reports and is 21CFR pt.11 compliant. Each channel offers 10 fraction outlets. Fractions can be collected based on time, volume or UV-signal. QuantaSep 1000LX can be placed on any standard laboratory bench. Two systems occupy only the space of one instrument!
