3M™ Clean-Trace™ Protein Plus PRO100 / PRO50
A colour change quickly visible to the eye indicates the presence of a detectable protein concentration and the rapid results allow immediate corrective action to be taken. Results are available within 10 minutes maximum.
The 3M™ Clean-Trace™ Swabs for Surface Protein Plus Tests can be incorporated into any hygiene management program and risk areas can be effectively monitored to ensure effective cleaning. It can also help reduce biological contamination risks, as food residues on surfaces can be potential nutrients for the growth of spoilage bacteria or pathogens. More than safe: By monitoring the effectiveness of cleaning in difficult areas, the risk of food safety problems can be reduced.
