GatorPlus

The GatorPlus from Gator Bio is a label-free analysis instrument based on next-generation biolayer interferometry (BLI) technology. The system demonstrates an up to 5x higher sensitivity compared to the current market leader. With a highly robust design it also supports a wider range of applications. The GatorPlus is a powerful label free analysis tool for drug/process discovery to therapeutics manufacturing QC. Among the various applications are: AAV quantitation, Protein concentration, protein-small molecule interaction kinetics, protein-protein kinetics/affinity, receptor-ligand binding, mAb epitope binning. The GatorPlus analyses up to 456 samples per run and these samples can be protein, antibodies, peptides, nucleic acids, liposomes, aptamers, viruses and small molecules. The GatorPart11 software enables users in GMP or GLP environment to comply with 21 CFR part 11 regulations.
