BioFlux™ One Live Cell Imaging System
The BioFlux™ One system is the simple solution for labs that want to run shear flow cell experiments on their current microscope, but don't need 2-phase flow or high throughput. It offers all the benefits of the industry standard BioFlux system, but at a price point similar to a "home brew" flow cell setup. The BioFlux system is the established standard for a wide range of cellular interaction assays under physiological shear flow conditions. The BioFlux One system provides the ability to perform complex modelling of the in vivo cell environment, in a package that every lab can afford.
The heart of the BioFlux One system is identical to the BioFlux 200 and the BioFlux 1000z systems: the computer-controlled pneumatic pumping system for automated precise control of flow cell experiments using Fluxion's unique microfluidic flow cell well plates. The BioFlux One can run up to 24 flow cell experiments simultaneously and is ideal for platelet aggregation, leukocyte adhesion, and biofilm analysis.
It works with an inverted microscope and is compatible with fluorescence, brightfield, phase, and confocal imaging. User-friendly software automates experimental protocols and provides a powerful analysis package. Upgrade capabilities allowing for 2-phase flow and/or higher throughput make the BioFlux One the perfect choice for functional assay research.
