OsmoPRO® | Osmometer
The Multi-Sample Micro-Osmometer OsmoPRO® from Advanced Instruments is equipped with a 20-position carousel for high sample throughput. The OsmoPRO® can test virtually any biological fluid including, but not limited to, serum, whole blood, plasma, urine, feces, sweat, and tissue homogenate. The method of freezing point depression offers highest precision and reliability and thus serves to optimize your patient sample testing.
With a sample volume of only 20 µl, the osmolality can be determined serially within 120 seconds in the sample carousel. The OsmoPRO® is therefore ideally suited for laboratories with medium to high working volumes that prefer batched osmolality testing. The integrated barcode scanner simplifies sample identification. The OsmoPro® can communicate via Ethernet or USB ports or export the data directly from an integrated printer.
